Change of Venue
This is to notify everyone that there has been a Change of Venue, our conference will now hold at the Kigali Serena Hotel and no longer Kigali Convention Centre. Please all should take note and share this information within your networks and with other colleagues.
The Call for Paper

Delegates are advised to make their bookings as early as possible because May is a busy period in Rwanda with series of meetings, workshops and conferences.
Visa
For Rwanda, it’s ‘Visa on Arrival’ but all delegates require a Yellow Card which will be requested upon arrival. The visa fee is 30USD.
