Visa Application

  1. Nationals of the following countries will REQUIRE AN ONLINE VISA APPLICATION to travel to Tanzania:
    Nigeria, Ethiopia, Mali, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Chad, Djibouti, Eritrea, Equitorial Guinea, Mauritania and Niger. 

  2. Nationals from the following countries DO NOT REQUIRE ONLINE VISA APPLICATION, they will be issued VISA ON ARRIVAL:
    Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, South African Republic, Swaziland, Rwanda, Namibia, Papua new Guinea, Mozambique, Mauritius, Lesotho, Malawi, Kenya, Gambia, Ghana, Botswana.

All persons certain of attending the conference but yet to pay or get approval are advised to kindly begin their visa application process NOW as it is important in order for APRA to assist in facilitating visa issuance. Please contact the APRA Secretariat via email or WhatsApp (apracoordinator@afpra.org , +2348171350933) for details of our host in Tanzania which is required for the visa application. Once the application is completed, kindly share Application ID, Authorization ID, Names as it is written on your International Passport and Passport Number with APRA Secretariat via email only (apracoordinator@afpra.org) for a follow up with the Tanzanian immigration.

Visa Category – Ordinary

Purpose of visit – meetings and workshops

Destination  – Tanzania Mainland

Visa fee – 50USD

All Applicants will require the following documents to complete the online application;

  1. Scanned copy of international passport data page
  2. A passport photograph
  3. Air ticket ( Delegates are responsible for this)
  4. Name of Hotel Reservation (Holiday Inn, Azikiwe Street, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania OR any of our listed partner hotels)
  5. Information on Host Association ( Please contact APRA Secretariat via email (apracoordinator@afpra.org)

N.B – All travelers will require a vaccination card (yellow card)  and a covid-19 Negative PCR test result to travel.
